The World at Home is a website where simple, straightforward and parent-tested ideas for activities and tips to do at home with kids. 

The project was born during the first days of the lockdown after listening to the complaints from parents being bombarded with endless links that did not work or over complicated activities for their kids.
World at Home was funded by the National Lottery and in collaboration with Deep Lemon.

After hearing how the lockdown was affecting mums, we invited them to record themselves and their families singing and acting to the song “You gotta be” by Des’ree to bring up the morale and offer families a fun activity to do.

A total of 17 families took part in the musical video, which we then edited and published privately.
Unfortunately we have not been able to secure funding to pay for the licence to use the song so the video can’t be loaded on social media. However, we distributed to the families that took part as a beautiful reminder on how to keep going despite adversities through this challenging times.
